totes rubber overshoes have a 3 year limited warranty for any manufacturing defects. If these rubber overshoes should prove to be defective in the materials or workmanship, or fail to function properly we will gladly replace them.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR totes WARRANTY:
Please type the following information and return along with the overshoes and
$5.00 US
for postage and handling to the address shown below. We will gladly replace the overshoes with the currently manufactured rubber overshoes most similar to the original pair returned. Allow 4-6 weeks for return.
Overshoe returns must be mailed to the address below along with your mailing address, $5.00 US for postage and handling, and an explanation of defect.
