An open and shut case for manual umbrellas

What happened to manual umbrellas? I live in crowded New York City and really enjoy not having to worry about poking a stranger's eye (or vice versa) with an automatic umbrella. Please offer them again . . . soon!

Do you still make golf umbrellas with a spike in the handle?

I remember years ago my parents had a golf umbrella which had a handle that had a plastic spike that could be uncrewed from the bottom of the handle and could be reversed and screwed back in so that you could sit with the umbrella staked to the ground. Do you still make anything like that or a universal clamp type umrella holder that could be clamped to any chair and hold the open umbrella so that someone could use it "hands free"?

How durable is SunGuard in the umbrellas?

Does the SunGuard SPF protection of those select umbrellas get washed off by rain over time or is the sun protection indepedent of weather and/or general wear?

The SPF protection on the sunguard umbrellas do not get washed off by rain over time, only if you would attempt to clean the material with detergent. will you remove the protection.

Begin at the top of the umbrella and wind the cloth one way tightly moving downwards, before securing the strap around the material.

My totes umbrella is not working right. How do I get another one or get the one I have fixed?

When I push in the handle it will not stay in and will not lock in place. There is a lifetime warranty, but no information on how to contact totes on the card that comes with the product.

Please view our website for the dot umbrellas which we offer in both the white background and the black background with colored dots. As I am not cognizant of the style I am unable to address the inventory regarding a certain style but we still offer the polka dot umbrellas in various styles, both in the fold up and in the stick umbrella.

I have a Totes umbrella that has lasted for years and years. It's navy with an automatic open. The style number is #8210. Do you still make it? I love it but can't seem to find another one.
