Will you be making again backpacks that zip up into a small size?

I have a backpack I bought from you years ago. It zips up into a small "package" so that I can carry it easily any time I travel. I just bought two of your "expandable medium duffle bags," but I really like the kind that is a backpack when it unzips. The totes one I have is GREAT! But it's seen much use, and I'd like to replace it.

Yesterday, I went to the totes outlet in Monroe, Ohio, about 30 minutes from my home. They had a very limited selection of items and no zip-up backpacks or bags. The saleslady said that the next closest outlet is in Jefferson, Ohio, which is about an hour away, but she doubted that they would have the items because that store is not much bigger than theirs, She thought I'd have to go to one in Lodi (?spelling), Ohio, to get a bigger selection. That outlet is near Cleveland, about a five-hour drive.
Do you have any other suggestions?

Raincoat with Hood

Calf length Raincoats with Hoods - do you still manufacture. Purchased one back in the early 90's whilst in Florida - still have it- everyone here where I live in Australia comments on it!

Do you still have an insulated lunch bag?

A number of years ago my parents bought an insulated lunch bag by Totes at an outlet store in Hilton Head, SC. It is about 6"x14"x6.5". The store is long gone and the lunch bag is just about worn out. I would like to replace it. Do you still make this? If so, where can I buy it?

Do you still make the raincoat for women that is full length and made of very lightweight material with a hood?

I saw one today on my client and we all fell in love, as we live in Florida. I could sell these in bulk to my hair clients if only I knew where to find them.
