your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items sold by Totes-Isotoner.com within 30 days of delivery for an
exchange or refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot accept returns of
certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than
30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its
original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
All returns must be in the original
packaging, include the original documentation and use the special returns label included in the package. This returns label is not pre-paid. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is a result of our error.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your
refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You can expect a refund in the same
form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. totes-isotoner.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.
If a product is damaged in shipment,

Gift Returns
If the item you're returning was
designated as a gift when purchased or was not shipped directly to you from
Totes-Isotoner.com, please note, that the refund will be issued to the
original purchaser of the gift.
Exchanges
Any shipping charges associated with
exchange will be incurred by the original purchaser of the merchandise being
exchanged. See Shipping Information for specific shipping charges.
