Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return items sold by totes-ISOTONER.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • All returns must be in the original packaging, include the original documentation and use the special returns label included in the package. This returns label is not pre-paid. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. totes-isotoner.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.
  • If a product is damaged in shipment, please call 1-800-762-8712 ext 8107 for replacement instructions.

Gift Returns

  • If the item you're returning was designated as a gift when purchased or was not shipped directly to you from totes-ISOTONER.com, please note, that the refund will be issued to the original purchaser of the gift.
