Only credit cards with a billing address in the United States are accepted. Be sure to enter your correct billing address for your credit card during Step 1 of checkout. You have the option to ship your order to an address other than your billing address.
Using credit card issued gift cards:
You must register your American Express gift card, Visa gift card, Mastercard gift card, or Discover gift card with your name and billing address on the registration site of the gift card provider. Unregistered credit card issued gift cards cannot be used for purchase on Totes-Isotoner.com.
Charging your credit card:
We do not charge your credit card until your merchandise actually ships.
In the event we are unable to ship your order complete, for any reason, your credit card will only be
charged for the merchandise shipped.
Totes-Isotoner.com gift cards:
You can purchase gift cards on our site to give as gifts for holidays, birthdays, and special occasions. Totes-Isotoner.com gift cards are only good for online purchases at www.totes-isotoner.com. To use these gift cards, just enter the gift card number and pin number during the payment step of checkout. Totes-Isotoner outlet store gift cards cannot be used online.
Multiple Shipments:
If your order is being shipped to multiple destinations, your credit card will
not be charged until the entire order, all shipments, have shipped.
Cancel or Make Changes to Your Order:
After you review and submit your order it cannot be canceled or changed. We process orders as quickly as possible to provide timely delivery of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Orders can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges for more information.
