Thank you for your interest in totes»ISOTONER products. Listed below are some frequently asked questions we receive from consumers in the United States.

Q: I don't see a certain totes or ISOTONER item for sale on the website. Why not?

A: We cannot offer all of our products for purchase on our website. However, our products are sold in most department stores across the US. Unfortunately, since many stores customize their assortments, we are unable to direct you to a specific location for a certain item. We do not offer single glove or slipper purchases; all styles are sold in pairs. You may also buy totes and ISOTONER products at one of our Retail Outlet stores. Q: Where can I buy the traditional  totes rubber footwear or rubber over-shoes?

A: We no longer offer women's or children's rubber footwear, but men's styles such as the Zipper Boot (style#479) and the Geometric Loafer (style #404) may be purchased through our website. For those inquiring about footwear that is worn without shoes(such as winter boots), please contact our shoe licensee - Eastman Footwear Group, Inc. at 1-800-786-0282 -- Rena Hamui (ext. 232), renah@efny.com.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on totes umbrellas?

A: We offer a lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defect with our totes umbrellas. If your umbrella fails to function properly due to a quality defect, we will replace it with the same or similar style. If we no longer offer the original style returned, we will replace it with similar style currently being manufactured. Please return the defective umbrella with your name, phone number and address to: Totes Consumers, 9655 International Blvd., Cincinnati, OH 45246-5658. We do require a $5.00 fee for postage and handling per umbrella. If sending a check, please make payable to "Totes Consumers."

Q: What kind of warranty does totes»ISOTONER offer on its gloves and slippers?

A: We offer a one-year warranty on  ISOTONER gloves and on totes and ISOTONER slippers for any manufacturing defect. If one of our items does not perform due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it with a product of equal value for a period up to one year from purchase. Please return the defective gloves or slippers with your name, address, phone number, and a $5.00 fee for postage and handling to: Totes Consumers, 9655 International Blvd. Cincinnati OH 45246-5658.

Q: How do I exchange a totes or ISOTONER item that I received as a gift?

A: If your gift was purchased through our website, please refer to the Returns and Exchanges page for instructions. We cannot accept merchandise in exchange for style, color or size preferences if purchased elsewhere. Stores such as Macys, Bon Ton, Belk, Sears, Kohl�s, and J.C. Penney carry our products. We recommend that you contact the person who gave you the gift to find out where the item was purchased and exchange it directly with the retailer.
